DetailQuote is a digital product that provides access immediately after a completed payment is verified. If you experience an access problem or believe the product is materially not functioning as described, contact support promptly with the email address used for the purchase.

Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase, the issue reported, applicable law, and the purchase terms shown at checkout. We may ask for reasonable information needed to investigate a technical or access issue before making a decision.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the payment processor used for the purchase and returned to the original payment method where supported. Bank or card-network processing times can vary after a refund is issued. When a full refund or chargeback makes a purchase inactive, DetailQuote access may be revoked automatically.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply to you under mandatory law.
